Ence Biogas aims to produce 1TWh of biomethane production by 2030
In Spain, Ence Biogas expects to reach a biomethane production of 1TWh in 2030 working with agricultural biomass, livestock and agri-food industry. For its part, the company expects to close this year 2024 reached 14 projects in environmental processing mainly in Castilla y León, Aragon, Catalonia, Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia.
This was announced by the company at the International Bioenergy Congress being held on October 1-2 in Valladolid, where it also emphasised the importance of biomethane in achieving climate neutrality through the decarbonisation of the production system.
