E15 to have "bullish impact": ethanol analysts
In Illinois, ethanol futures analysts expect that when the EPA approves 15% ethanol blends for late model cars from 2007 onwards some time within the next two weeks, the policy move will prove a “significant” bullish indicator for futures prices into the long term.
