Dutch firm eyes $125 million waste-to-energy project in Vietnam
In Vietnam, Vietnam Plus reported that Vietnam’s southern province of Tay Ninh marked a significant milestone in its investment promotion efforts in Europe with the successful organization of an investment conference in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, on June 23.
A highlight of the event was the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Dutch firm Harvest Waste B.V and the Tay Ninh Department of Industry and Trade to study investment in a waste-to-energy plant using European technology, according to the report.
The report also noted that the project is expected to require more than $125 million in investment.
