Digest Bioeconomy Index slips 0.39 percent to 48.08 as ethanol rolls back

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, slipped 0.39 percent to 48.08 as ethanol rolled back. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) fell 5.43 percent to $1.74, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) shed 7.88 percent to $3.39. Among other equities, Abengoa (ABGB) dumped 8.79 percent to $0.83. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
