Digest Bioeconomy Index is flat at 51.08 despite an ethanol slump

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, was flat at 51.08 despite an ethanol slump. For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) rallied 13.88 percent to $2.16, while Ametis (AMTX) dropped 4.49 percent to $1.70. Among other equities, Cosan (CZZ) shed 6.10 percent to $4.00. Overall, declines led advances by a 2 to 1 ratio for the day.
