Digest Bioeconomy Index gains 1.49 percent to 54.66 as enzymes rock

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, rose 1.49 percent to 54.66 as enzymes rocked. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) dumped 19.40 percent to $2.02, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) swooned 8.15 percent to $4.51. Among other equities, Dyadic (DYAI) soared 68.42 percent to $1.60 on news of a DuPont deal. Overall, declines led advances by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
