Digest Bioeconomy Index gains 1.10 percent to 55.26 as enzymes rally

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, gained 1.10 percent to 55.26 as enzymes rallied. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) soared 16.37 percent to $2.63, while BASF rebounded 3.09 percent to $76.81. Among other equities, Metabolix (MBLX) lost 4.10 percent to $2.83. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
