Digest Bioeconomy Index edges up 0.58 percent to 52.36 as modest rally continues

The Digest Bioeconomy Index, an index of publicly traded advanced bioeconomy stocks, edged up 0.58 percent to 52.36 as a modest rally continued. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) shed 5.41 percent to $0.70, while Evogene (EVGN) soared 18.18 percent to $8.94. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) was clipped 4.18 percent to $4.58. Overall, declines led advances by an 8 to 5 ratio for the day.
