China’s new biodiesel plan wants foreign investment

In China, the country’s energy administration has released an industry development plan for the biodiesel sector including the promotion of foreign direct investment in production through M&A and restructuring of domestic companies. The new policy also includes stricter environmental protections regulating biodiesel production.
