China develops system for private jets to comply with SAF mandate too
In China, China successfully implemented its first SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) compliance service for foreign-registered business jets at Beijing Capital International Airport. In partnership with China National Aviation Fuel, Sino Jet launched a new and industry-leading service model. This makes Sino Jet the first business aviation service provider in China to adopt this approach, providing green and compliant SAF services for foreign-registered business jets operating in China.
This project addresses an industry gap. Until now, SAF services in China were mainly focused on commercial passenger and cargo aviation. For international business jets, a dedicated and standardized compliance service system had not yet been established.
The new model works without changing existing airport operations or refueling procedures. It also ensures clear attribution and flexible transfer of SAF emissions reduction benefits, helping reduce barriers to green transformation and making SAF adoption simpler and more standardized for business aviation.
