Changes to rules in Texas may boost biodiesel demand

In Texas, the state’s Commission on Environmental Quality will vote on Aug. 22 to change the rules for biodiesel blends as well as the testing regulations for low-emission diesel known as TxLED, a move which is expected to boost demand significantly for biodiesel in the state.
