California ethanol prices fall by nearly half since March 25
In California, increased supplies mixed with shrinking demand has led ethanol prices in the northern part of the state to slip to six-month lows, according to Platts. Prices were assessed at $2.10/gallon, down 48.4% since March 25 when it was $4.07/gal. Pacific Ethanol restarting its Madera plant has partially weighed on prices.
