Brazil's ethanol policy may not produce intended price drop

In Brazil, Archer Consulting in Sao Paulo says the country’s attempt to regulate the national ethanol supply chain may not result in lower ethanol prices as intended. The only way to fix the problem is to invest heavily in production or it says next year’s inter-harvest period will be even worse.
