Brazil unveils $3.6 billion hydrogen production plan
In Brazil, PV magazine is reporting that the state of Ceará and Spain’s Grupo Jepri signed an agreement for an investment of $3.6B by Jepri to develop a green hydrogen project at the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex. The proposed capacity is 1.2 million tons per year, with a construction start in 2025 and production expected to start in Q4 2026 or Q1 2027.
