Biofuels Digest Index surges to 68.56 as advanced biofuels rally

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, surged 1.24 percent to 68.56 as advanced biofuels rallied. For the day, KiOR (KIOR) rose 26.90 percent to $0.10, while Ceres (CERE) was up 6.91 percent to $0.38 Among other equities, Novozymes (NZMB) soared 8.41 percent to $44.46. Overall, advances led declines 3 to 1 for the day.
