Biofuels Digest Index slips to 81.20 as chemicals slide

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, slipped 0.66 percent to 81.20 as chemicals slid. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) fell 2.98 percent to $3.58, while BioAmber (BIOA) retreated 6/09 percent to $12.65. Among other equities, Sacom (SAM.MI) rebounded 5.60 percent to $3.17. Overall, declines led advances 9 to 8 for the day.
