Biofuels Digest Index retreats to 82.17 as chemicals settle back

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, retreated 0.35 percent to 82.17 as chemicals settled back. For the day, Syngenta (SYT) soared 7.00 percent to $79.59, while Dyadic (DYAI) jumped 5.62 percent to $1.69. Among other equities, Aemetis (AMTX) dropped 5.83 percent to $10.17. Overall, declines led advances 5 to 3 for the day.
