Biofuels Digest Index rebounds to 64.36 as ethanol recovers

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, rebounded 0.63 percent to 64.36 as ethanol recovered. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) jumped 11.76 percent to $0.19, while Green Plains Renewable Energy (GPRE) climbed 5.40 percent to $16.00. Among other equities, KiOR (KIOR) dropped 5.88 percent to $2.40. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
