Biofuels Digest Index rebounds to 63.54 as advanced biofuels recover

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.70 percent to 63.54 as advanced biofuels recovered. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) soared 11.73 percent to $2.00, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) slid 2.34 percent to $9.20. Among other equities, Cosan (CZZ) lost 2.97 percent to $5,23. Overall, advances led declines by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
