Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 75.09 as advanced biofuels soar

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, jumped 2.32 percent to 75.09 as advanced biofuels soared. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) rose 4.29 percent to $3.65 , while KiOR (KIOR) rocketed up 14.91 percent to $1.31. Among other equities, Aemetis (AMTX) escalated 8.70 percent to $0.25. Overall, advances led declines 4 to 1 for the day.
