Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 73.32 as advanced biofuels recover

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, jumped 1.19 percent to 73.32 as advanced biofuels recovered. For the day, BioAmber (BIOA) settled back 7.10 percent to $720, while Ceres (CERE) rocketed up 11.68 percent to $3.25.  Among other equities, Renewable Energy Group dropped 4.82 percent to $14.01. Overall, advances led declines 7 to 3 for the day.
