Biofuels Digest Index jumps to 68.34 as advanced biofuels rebound

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.74 percent to 68.34 as advanced biofuels rebounded. For the day, Syngenta (SYG) jumped 3.56 percent to $80.20, while Valero (VLO) advanced 3.06% to $38.39. Among other equities, BioAmber (BIOA) climbed 3.76 percent to $6.62. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
