Biofuels Digest Index is flat at 66.49 despite an advanced biofuels surge

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, was flat at 66.49 despite an advanced biofuels surge. For the day, Abengoa (ABGB) gained 3.49 percent to $18.83, while Gevo (GEVO) rebounded 16.83 percent to $0.20. Among other equities, Valero (VLO) tumbled 5.94 percent to $59.68. Overall, advances led declines by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
