Biofuels Digest Index gain to 67.23 as advanced biofuels jump

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, gained 0.54 percent to 67.23 as advanced biofuels jumped. For the day, KiOR ()KIOR) soared 24.67 percent to $1.87, while Ceres (CERE) rocketed up 17.36 percent to $1.42. Among other equities, Renewable Energy Group (REGI) lost 4.53 percent to $15.16. Overall, advances led declines 8 to 7 for the day.
