Biofuels Digest Index falls to 80.36 as chemicals sag

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, fell 0.67 percent to 80.36 as chemicals sagged.  For the day, KiOR plunged 12.36 percent to $0.39, while Metabolix (MBLX) plummeted 12.83 percent to $0.81. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) recovered 6.00 percent to $1.59. Overall, declines led advances 10 to 7 for the day.
