Biofuels Digest Index falls to 77.96 as ethanol equities dip

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, shed 0.89 percent to 77.96 as ethanol equities dipped. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) fell 4.50 percent to $1.06, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) skidded to $13.89, down 5.06 percent. Among other equities, BioAmber (BIOA) was up 3.15 percent to $10.47. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 for the day.
