Biofuels Digest Index falls to 73.15 as advanced biofuels slip

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, fell 0.75 percent to 73.15 as advanced biofuels slipped. For the day, Solazyme (SZYM) fell 2.59 percent to $9.02, while KiOR (KIOR) dropped 4.64 percent to $0.59. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) shed 5.18 percent to $10.99 . Overall, declines led advances 2 to 1 for the day.
