Biofuels Digest Index falls to 60.16 as advanced biofuels drop

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, fell 1.25 percent to 60.16 as advanced biofuels dropped. For the day, Green Plains (GPRE) shed 3.15 percent to $23.70, while Ceres (CERE) lost 6.49 percent to $1.73. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) dumped 4.27 percent to land at $1.57. Overall, declines led advances by a 9 to 5 ratio for the day.
