Biofuels Digest Index edges up to 73.43 as ethanol equities rise

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, edged up 0.07 percent to 73.43 as ethanol equities rose. For the day, KiOR (KIOR) plunged 11.60 percent to $4.80, while Gevo (GEVO) rebounded 2.33 percent to $2.20. Among other equities, Algae.Tec (AEB.AX) soared 31.58 percent to $0.25. Overall, advances and declines were even for the day.
