Biofuels Digest Index edges up to 66.87 as large caps advance

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, edged up 0.45 percent to 66.87 as large caps advanced. For the day, Syntroleum (SYNM) fell 3.36 percent to $4.89, while Biofuel Energy (BIOF) dropped 6.15 percent to $3.97. Among other equities, Aemetis (AMTX) rocketed up 12.50 percent to $0.36. Overall, advances led declines 8 to 7 for the day.
