Biofuels Digest Index edges down to 73.39 as enzymes dip

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, edged down 0.05 percent to 73.39 as enzymes dipped. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) dropped 8.57 percent to $0.32, while Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) fell 2.36 percent to $3.72. Among other equities, Algae.Tec (AEB.AX) rallied 8.00 percent to $0.27. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 2 were even for the day.
