Biofuels Digest Index drops to 77.44 as advanced biofuels decline

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, shed 1.12 percent to 77.44 as advanced biofuels declined. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) plunged 9.57 percent to $9.35 , while The Andersons (ANDE) soared 7.64 percent to $60.13. Among other equities, KiOR (KIOR) fell 3.16 percent to $0.24. Overall, declines led advances 3 to 1 for the day.
