Biofuels Digest Index drops to 74.22 as advanced bio tanks

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, shed 0.82 percent to 74.22 as advanced biofuels tanked. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) dropped 4.16 percent to $3.92, while Gevo (GEVO) lost 5.85 percent to $0.32. Among other equities, Pacific Ethanol (PEIX) declined 4.79 percent to $14.91. Overall, declines led advances 5 to 3 for the day.
