Biofuels Digest Index drops to 73.37 as advanced biofuels tumble

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 1.35 percent to 73.37 as advanced biofuels tumbled. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) gave up 4.01 percent to $2.87, while KiOR (KIOR) sank 5.18 percent to $4.39. Among other equities, Sacom (SAM.MI) shed 8.07 percent to $10.02. Overall, declines led advances 4 to 3 for the day.
