Biofuels Digest Index drops to 66.33 as advanced biofuels weaken

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 1.12 percent to 66.33 as advanced biofuels weakened. For the day, Green Plains (GPRE) slumped 8.45 percent to $27.62 after a spin-out unit completed an IPO, while Dyadic (DYAI) rallied 4.76 percent to $1.10.  Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) dropped 5.66 percent to $1.75. Overall, declines led advances by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
