Biofuels Digest Index drops to 65.53 as advanced biofuels retreat

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 0.58 percent to 65.53 as advanced biofuels retreated. For the day, Gevo (GEVO) fell back 4.43 percent to $0.26. while Solazyme (SZYM) shed 3.29 percent to $2.79. Among other equities, Algae.Tec soared 19.61 percent to $0.06. Overall, declines led advances by a 3 to 2 ratio for the day.
