Biofuels Digest Index drops to 64.82 as advanced biofuels sag

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 1.94 percent to 64.82 as advanced biofuels sagged. For the day, Aemetis (AMTX) retreated 8.70 percent to $0.21, while Codexis (CDXS) shed 4.58 percent to $1.46. Among other equities, Amyris (AMRS) gave back 6.62 percent to $2.77 percent to $2.96. Overall, declines led advances 6 to 1 for the day.
