Biofuels Digest Index drops to 63.00 as ethanol equities wane

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, dropped 0.86 percent to 63.00 as ethanol equities waned. For the day, Amyris (AMRS) settled back 9.00 percent to $1.82, while Aemetis (AMTX) slid 3.21 percent to $3.62. Among other equities, Codexis (CDXS) rallied 5.28 percent to $4.19. Overall, declines led advances by a 11 to 5 ratio for the day.
