Biofuels Digest Index advances to 67.78 as ethanol gains

The Biofuels Digest Index, an index of publicly traded biofuels stocks, advanced 0.98 percent to 67.78 as ethanol gained. For the day, Ceres (CERE) dropped 11.63 percent to $1.14, while BioAmber (BIOA) sank 10.60 percent to $4.05. Among other equities, The Andersons (ANDE) jumped 3.35 percent to $69.63. Overall, advances led declines 2 to 1 for the day.
