Barstow Planning Commission OKs 20,000 gallon biodiesel storage unit

In California, the Barstow Planning Commission approved a 20,000 gallon above-ground biodiesel storage tank at the Pilot Travel Center in Lenwood. Blends of up to B20 will be sold.
