Bankrupt Great Lakes Biodiesel to have new owner early next week

In Canada, KPMG hosted an auction to buy the Great Lakes Biodiesel plant in Ontario currently in receivership but the winner won’t be announced until early next week. The Luxembourg-based company Heridge that forced the company into receivership after failure to pay half of a $20 million loan was the only confirmed bidder, but there may have been others.
