Atvos chooses ICM for company’s first corn ethanol facility
In Brazil, ICM, Inc. has signed an agreement with Atvos to provide its proprietary process technology package and engineering services for the company’s first corn ethanol facility. The project will be integrated into Atvos’ existing Santa Luzia industrial complex in Nova Alvorada do Sul, Mato Grosso do Sul, marking an important milestone in the company’s strategy to diversify feedstocks while expanding renewable fuel production.
Under the agreement, ICM will supply Selective Milling Technology™, Base Tricanter System™, FST Next Gen™, and FOT Oil Recovery™ technologies. Together, these technologies will support year-round renewable fuel production while enabling high-value co-products, including distillers grains for animal nutrition and corn oil.
