Arcata approves new site for Footprint’s biodiesel plant

In California, despite concerns from the community regarding increased traffic and odors, Arcata’s planning commission has approved the relocation of Footprint’s used cooking oil-based biodiesel plant to a larger facility that will support collection of used oil from area restaurants.
