Appeals court throws out oil industry’s attempt to thwart E15—again

In Washington DC, the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has ruled against the oil industry’s and other’s attempts to block the implementation of E15. The opponents had already seen the case thrown out for not demonstrating how they were effected by E15 and the appeals court again dismissed the case.
