Anellotech selling off its assets
In Texas, Anellotech recently entered an Assignment for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC), and the Assignee is conducting a process to identify strategic acquirers for some or all of the company’s assets. The opportunity encompasses a broad portfolio of advanced catalytic technologies, including platforms for advanced plastics recycling, renewable chemicals and fuels, together with extensive intellectual property, proprietary know-how, demonstration-scale capabilities, and strategic collaboration rights.
These technologies represent years of development, investment, scale-up, and industry collaboration, and may offer significant value to organizations focused on circularity, sustainable chemicals, fuels, refining, catalysis, or related applications.
