Anec raises its forecast for soybean shipments

In Brazil, UOL reported that Brazil’s National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) has raised its projection for soybean shipments in June to 15.31 million tons, considering the average of the estimated range between 14.80 million and 15.82 million tons. 

This volume represents a 6.5% increase compared to the 14.38 million tons projected the previous week and an 11.0% growth over the 13.79 million tons exported in June 2025. With this revision, Brazil is expected to end the first half of the year with soybean exports between 73.31 million and 74.34 million tons, above the 68.05 million tons shipped in the same period last year, according to the report.

For corn, Anec reduced its June shipment estimate to 598,000 tons, compared to 645,800 tons projected the previous week, a decrease of 7.4%.
