Advait Energy TECO join hands for hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing in India
In India, BioEnergy Times reported that Advait Energy Transitions Ltd has signed a memorandum of understanding with Norway-based TECO Fuel Cell Technology to establish a framework for hydrogen fuel cell manufacturing in India.
The agreement was signed during the 3rd India-Nordic Summit held in Oslo.
Under the partnership, TECO Fuel Cell Technology and its co-development partner AVL List will introduce their jointly developed 400 kW hydrogen fuel cell module and a 100 kW hydrogen fuel cell stack for local manufacturing, adaptation and deployment in India, according to the report.
The companies said the hydrogen fuel cell technology is modular and can be scaled up into multi-megawatt systems. The collaboration will focus on three major application areas — stationary power systems such as data centers, heavy-duty transport and mobility solutions, and maritime and shipping operations, it added.
