Absolute Fuels ex-chief pleads guilty to RIN fraud

In Texas, Former chief of Absolute Fuels Jeffrey David Gunselman has pleaded guilty in federal court to 51 wire fraud counts and 24 of money laundering related to a $41 million biodiesel fraud investigation as well of four counts of making false statements in violation of the Clean Air Act.
