Brazil wraps up record soybean harvest
In Missouri, World Grain reported that Brazil has completed its record soybean harvest, with a soybean production of 180.6 million tons for the 2025-2026 marketing year, a 5% increase year on year, according to the latest forecast from the National Supply Company (Conab).
In its 10th survey of the current grain crop published July 14, Conab credited a 2.7% increase in cultivated area, a good technological package used by producers and favorable weather conditions for the expanded soybean harvest.
Ending stocks for soybeans were adjusted to 8.8 million tons, given an increase in grain processing and exports, estimated in July at 62.57 million tons and 116.3 million tons, respectively.
