In the UK, Fuel Cells Works reported that Viridi announced plans to build a green hydrogen and methanol plant in La Guajira, Colombia.
“This will be the year for the conceptualization and pre-feasibility of the Akuaippah green hydrogen project. The company will work in collaboration with the communities of La Guajira,” said Carolina Obando, country manager of Viridi.
The company also has solar projects in the pipeline for around 90 megawatts of installed capacity, according to the report.
